Hello all!
This week our instructor showed us a different kind of storytelling that I have never heard before. And then she gave us 3 options to choose from; PSA, how-to and fictional story. Due to the upcoming finals week, I and my group members decided to work on a how-to video. At first, we planned to prepare a fictional story but as I mentioned before, the upcoming finals kinda postponed our plan. But still, I believe that what we have done in such a short time is quite good thanks to the cooperation in our group. If to talk about the process, I recorded the visuals on my laptop and sent the footages to Ceren, while she was working on them, Yağmur and Yiğit sorted the voiceover out and Ceren edited them using Animaker. It was quite comfortable to use but removing the watermark kinda disappointed us as it was paid. Otherwise, the process was smooth and satisfactory. But I would think twice before assigning my future student's such work because it requires some good skills and physical hardware.
